Manali Leh Road Trip

<p>The cab will pick you up from Chandigarh and proceed towards Manali. Enroute enjoy the lavish scenic beauty of lush green mountains. After arriving Manali, check-in at the hotel and take rest for overnight.</p>

<p>Today would be a rest day at Leh.</p><p>Some of those who are still energetic can visit Leh local Market, the Shey Palace, the 14th century Thiksey monastery followed by the much anticipated visit to the Hemis monastery.</p><p>Later in the evening to capture the best glimpse of the sunset visit this beautiful architecture “Shanti Stupa”. After Leh local tour overnight rest at the Leh hotel.</p>

<p>After breakfast, accelerates towards Khardung-la and explores the beautiful Nubra Valley.</p><p>The roads will be quiet curvy and narrow surrounded with deep valleys by the river Shyok.</p><p>Later on, ride the sand dunes of Nubra into Hunder and also enjoy the double hump Bactrian camel safari into the dunes. Overnight Stay at Nubra in swiss tents.</p>

<p>Today take a back road to Leh.</p><p>While towards Leh, visit the Diskit Gompa which would nearly be 50ft tall statue of Maitreyi in the Gompa's premises. Climb to the Gompa which is situated on the edge of a cliff.</p><p>After exploring Gompa head towards Sumur and take the road back to Khardungla pass.</p><p>After reaching Khardungla take a downhill ride to reach Leh. Overnight at Leh in hotel.</p>

<p>After breakfast proceed to Pangong Lake.</p><p>Pass through Zingrail and reach the third highest motorable pass - Changlang la (5289M) crossing over the “Pagal Nala”.</p><p>After this pass head towards Pangong. Reach Lukung on the banks of the lake. Overnight Stay in tents at Pangong.</p>

<p>After breakfast climb the Changlang la pass and reach “Karu.” Take rest for some time and head towards Leh. Overnight at Leh in Hotel. Say goodbye to the enticing beauty and reach Leh by evening. Enjoy your last night in Leh and make memories to cherish forever.</p>
