Day 1
Chandigarh - Shimla | 7,238 feet | 115 Kms

Our trip starts from Chandigarh from where we will take you to Shimla. Enjoy the scenic road from plains to mountains, and the pleasant weather away from the heat and pollution of the cities. Grab lunch on the way and then continue towards Shimla. We will reach Shimla by early evening and check in to the hotel.

Shimla has maintained its old charm; the hill station will remind you of the British style of living. Explore Mall Road in the evening and stroll around the market. Stay overnight and rest well to travel to higher altitudes.

Day 2
Shimla - Sangla Valley | 9,000 Feet | 220 Kms

After having breakfast, you will be departing for Sangla on a guided drive where you will come across Kufri, Fagu and also Narkanda.

Witness the mighty river Satluj after which you will check-in the hotel and take rest.

In the evening you can witness the river valley of Baspa that is elevated at a height of 9000 ft, considered as one of the lovely valleys in the Mountain ranges. You can admire the beautiful apple orchards and the rich culture of the people out there! Stay overnight after having dinner.

Day 3
Sangla - Rakcham - Chitkul | 50 Kms

After breakfast proceeds towards Rakcham (Sangla Valley). After Raksham, you will start a drive to Chitkul where you can come across the ancient Kamru Fort and the temple of Goddess Kamakhya Devi brought in by the Assam and Nages God.

Have lunch and then start the tour to Chitkul that is known to be the last village on the Indo-Tibetan temple. Return to Sangla and stay overnight after having a relishing dinner.

Day 4
Sangla - Nako | 11,900 Feet | 130 Kms

After breakfast, checkout from hotel and proceeds towards Nako. Enroute relish the beauty of Snow-capped Himalayas. You will pass through Kalpa – Pangi – Pooh – Nako.

On arrival, check-in at the hotel and get refreshed.

Day 5
Nako - Tabo - Dhankar | 12,780 feet | 95 Kms

Early Checkout and move towards Kaza. Enroute enjoy the Nako Lake, one of the most beautiful lake make your perfect picturesque view.

Enroute visit Tabo, home to the famous Tabo Monastery which dates back to 996 CE and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tabo is one of the rare places in Spiti to get cell phone network, so you can make quick important calls, and also grab something to eat before heading to Dhankar.

The valley stands beautifully above the confluence of Spiti and Pin River and is known for its 1200-year old Dhankar Monastery. If we have time and energy, we can head to a short and easy trek to the Dhankar Lake, known for its enchanting turquoise color. Spend the night in a homestay at Dhankar and explore the culture and traditions of Spiti closely. Enjoy authentic and freshly prepared food by the locals.

Day 6
Dhankar – Lalung – Kaza | 14,435 feet | 72 Kms

On this day, we will head to Lalung after breakfast at the homestay. Lalung is famous for its statue of the three-cornered Buddha, looking in different directions at the same time. By the evening drive to Kaza and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 7
Kaza – Komik – Langza – Kaza | 14,800 feet | 50 Kms

On this day we will drive to the highest inhabited village of Spiti Valley – Komik. You can send a postcard from the highest post office in the world at Hikkim and ascend 14,800 feet above sea-level to the highest inhabited village in all of Asia.

Take a walk in the Komik Monastery and admire its architecture. Our next stop will be Langza, known for fossils of marine life, and the giant Buddha statue! Return to Kaza and stay overnight.

Day 8
Kaza - Kalpa | 210 Kms

After breakfast, today we will start our journey back to Kalpa. Capture the stunning vistas of Spiti River and the snow-clad mountains in the backdrop! After arrival at Kapla, check-in at the hotel and overnight stay at the Kalpa.

Day 9
Kalpa Sightseeing

Post having the morning breakfast, you will start visiting the sightseeing places awaiting you in Kalpa like the Narayan Nagini Temple that has the shrines of Hindu, Buddhist and other religious deities followed by an excursion to the Roghi Village to experience the Pahari life. Later return to the hotel and stay overnight after dinner!

Day 10
Kalpa - Narkanda | 180 Kms

After breakfast proceed to Shimla and overnight stay at Narkanda.

Day 11
Narkanda - Chandigarh | 175 Kms

After breakfast, Chandigarh.

Bid adieu to the beautiful Himachal Pradesh. Your tour ends at Chandigarh with full of bundle of joy!
