1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. IXC Travels is a company engaged inter-alia in the business of providing tour and travel-related services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’) through its Website, retail outlets, mobile-cellular technology as well as through its call-center.
1.2. The Services include without limitation travel-related information, pricing availability and reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, adventure activities and car rentals across cities and rural areas throughout India. Services shall include all those Services which IXC Travels will provide in the future. IXC Travels is the facilitator of the Services also which are being offered and rendered by third-party vendors (“Service Providers”).
1.3. This User Agreement is applicable to all IXC TRAVELS Services. In addition to this User Agreement and depending on the Services opted by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of Service (TOS) for each such Service, which may be updated or modified by IXC TRAVELS from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this User Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this User Agreement, the terms of TOS shall prevail.
1.4. The Services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this User Agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance by the User of this User Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices or the terms and conditions of the TOS the User must not avail the IXC Travels services.
1.5. Additionally, the Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including without limitation terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers’ fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules.
1.6. Adventure and Nature at its sole discretion reserve the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any Service by IXC Travels is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the User and accepted by IXC Travels.

3. Fees Payment
3.1. IXC Travels reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the IXC Travels Services. IXC Travels further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
3.2. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies, and assessments for availing the Services.
4. Payment Options
4.1. Online Card Payments
Visa, Master, and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of a transaction.
You can be assured that IXC Travels offer you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by IXC Travels 72 hours prior to the time of departure/check-in; else, the booking is liable to be canceled.
IXC Travels charges a service fee on all bookings made by the User. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.
4.2. Internet Banking
If you have an account with any of the below mentioned banks, then you can pay for your booking through the respective bank’s net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. IXC Travels process the payments through an online gateway system that enables the safe and secure transaction. The bank is not responsible for any inconvenience caused or non-receipt of the tickets /vouchers or passengers not allowed on the basis of e-tickets /vouchers.

4.3. Pay at hotel reception /Service Provider (“Post Pay”)
With some of the partner hotels /Service Providers, IXC Travels has negotiated a special facility where IXC Travels customers can pay the hotel /Service Provider directly at its reception.
5. Booking Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your booking. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase /booking within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.
6. Terms and Conditions + Cancellation Policy
- Expenses towards Parking and Toll Fees have to be borne by the customer.
- The Starting & Closing km’s will be charged from garage to garage
- The above charges are inclusive of only fuel charges.
- Min average running Kms. for all the above vehicles it is 250 km per day for all the vehicles or Outstation Duty.
- Night halt charges Rs. 200 are applicable only after 10:00 pm per night for all the vehicles.
- Payments: Confirmation amount 50% payments in advance and remaining balance to be paid before the end of the journey. In case of cancellation, the booking amount would not be refunded.
- Usually, we book a taxi up to one day in advance. (If your tour program more than 3 days than booking try to do minimum 1 week in advance).

7. Cancellation Policy
7.1: Cancellation Charges on Total Fair
25% if canceled four days in advance.
50% if canceled two or three days in advance.
100% if canceled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
7.2: For Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December)
25% if canceled Twenty five days in advance.
50% if canceled Fifteen days in advance.
100% if canceled Ten days in advance or later.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement and each TOS shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
