Overview

For the true traveler, there’s more to Himachal than just Shimla, Kufri, Narkanda, Naldera and Chail.

The inner beauty of Kinnaur is the most splendid valley and is surrounded on one side by Tibet with the Satluj River meandering through its slopes & gorges.

Kinnaur – the land of legends & mythical richness beckons you to experience the spirit of exhilaration & nature’s wealth of beauty.

<p>Arrive at Camps, Sangla. Relax with a welcome drink and lunch. Later, go for a small walk to explore the camp surroundings. Dinner and overnight at Camps.</p>

<p>Early morning, sip morning tea while watching birds like the Himalayan whistling thrush, Rufus warbler, grey tit, flower peckers and sun birds. Go for a walk in the valley. Visit apple orchards, and return to the camp for breakfast. </p><p>After breakfast, depart by 9.30 and drive to Chitkul (23km), the last Indian village on the Indo-Tibet border. Later, walk to Nagasti, the last civilian point (2.5km). Return to the camp for lunch. Post lunch, go to Kamroo village, visit the fort, and Kamakhya devi temple, the deity of which was originally brought from Assam.</p><p>Alternately, you can indulge in activities like rock climbing, rappelling and river crossing in and around the camp. Come back to camp for tea. </p><p>The rest of the evening is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight at the camp.</p>

<p>Repeat an early morning wake-up, followed by breakfast. Get ready for the glacier walk. Leave camp by 10 am. On the way visit Batseri village & Lord Badrinarayan temple. Proceed to experience a walk on the glacier. After the exhilarating walk, return to camp for a scrumptious lunch.</p><p>Alternately, you can carry your lunch and have it on the banks of the Baspa river, which is a 5 min walk from the camp. Post lunch, go for a leisurely walk to Hurba which is famous for spring water. Indulge in adventure activities at the camp. After tea, leisure and free time to explore around. Dinner and overnight at camp.</p>

<p>Today, we undertake a slightly adventurous trip. We go for a moderate trek to Rakcham. After exploring the village, we set up a tent in the valley and spend a night in the pure outdoors.</p>

<p>Wake up early to watch the mesmerizing sunrise. After breakfast, trek back to camp, where you can just chill and indulge in some rest. Pump up your adrenaline with some adventure activities like rappelling, rock climbing, flying fox and river crossing.</p>
